What the video is
A walkthrough, shot on a 360 camera and reframed to a flat 1080p cut, stabilized so it does not read as handheld. Every move is one continuous pass. You get a horizontal cut for the listing and a vertical cut for Reels and TikTok from the same capture.
It is not a two-minute cinematic film with a voiceover. It is a clean walk through the house that loads fast and holds attention, which is what actually moves a listing.
Scheduling
Volume is capped at three to four shoots a week. That cap is deliberate, and it is why the retainer slots are worth holding.
